Role Summary:
We’re looking for a process-driven Logistics & Fulfilment Executive to manage daily order dispatches, track shipments, handle returns, and ensure smooth coordination across our operations. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience - timely, accurate, and damage-free.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process daily orders from platforms like Shopify, Amazon, etc., and coordinate with the dispatch team for packing and handovers.
● Schedule courier pickups, track shipments, and proactively resolve delivery issues with partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.
● Manage return and exchange requests, arrange reverse pickups, update statuses, and coordinate with the support and finance teams for refunds.
● Update order and return statuses in internal dashboards. Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy across platforms.
● Maintain dispatch and return logs, prepare weekly performance reports, and ensure all shipments are properly documented and invoiced.
We’re Looking For:
● 1 – 3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or dispatch roles.
● Strong coordination and communication skills.
● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
● A problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● A graduate in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
● Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Retail, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹5.5 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance)
