About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Associate who can bridge the gap between technology, operations, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background along with MBA exposure, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, students, trainers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, students, trainers, and internal teams.
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Understand technical projects and track their progress.
- Manage program schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle email communication and professional documentation.
- Support business operations and project execution activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist management in planning and execution of various programs.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech mandatory).
- MBA completed or pursuing preferred.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development, AI, Data Science, or IT projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
