Job Summary
ASDA International is seeking a creative, dynamic, and result-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, growing online engagement, and implementing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, graphics, and written posts for social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Write engaging captions, blogs, promotional content, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots, interviews, and event coverage.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and identity.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain an active online community.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on engagement and performance data.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Event & Brand Promotion
- Create promotional content for events, workshops, training programs, and campaigns.
- Capture live event content for social media updates and post-event promotions.
- Support branding initiatives and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event management, education, training, or digital marketing industries.
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
