Experience in Logistics Industry
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across departments.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports.
- Analyze variances between budget, forecast, and actual performance; recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for profitability, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
- Support long-term business planning, investment evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Perform detailed margin, pricing, and ROI analysis for projects, or business units.
- Partner with business and functional heads to evaluate financial implications of key initiatives.
- Provide financial insights for strategic planning and policy formulation.
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounts and audit teams for financial data accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.
- Review and monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization.
- Support statutory and internal audits by providing analytical support and reconciliations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
