Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Advisor with a strong interest in litigation and court practice to provide legal representation and guidance for the organization. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling court matters, legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in court proceedings, hearings, and litigation matters.
Handle legal disputes and complaints related to immigration, visas, and work permits.
Draft and review legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to management on matters affecting business operations.
Coordinate with clients regarding legal cases and dispute resolution.
Ensure the company complies with immigration, labor, and regulatory laws.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in litigation, immigration law, employment law, or corporate legal advisory.
Must be registered with the Bar Council of Telangana .
Strong knowledge of immigration, visa, and work permit regulations.
Experience in court representation and legal dispute handling.
Fluent in Telugu (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.
