We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Graduation and be able to handle manpower effectively. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5 S, and Jewellery Making Process is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency
- Implement TPM and 5 S practices to optimize production
- Manage manpower and resources effectively
- Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Jewellery industry
- Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of TPM, 5 S, and Jewellery Making Process
