Location : Mumbai, Banglore or Remote

We are looking for an enthusiast who would be Managing the End-to-end recruitment cycle and Working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job would involve the following
- Managing End-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various IT/ non IT roles, considering different sourcing channels and candidate pools.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status.

SKILLS

Essential:
- Should be able to work on Functional Recruitment.
- Should be handling End to End Recruitment cycle
- Good communication & writing skills
