We are building a technology-enabled Field Operations Network that helps organizations execute on-ground activities across India. Our services include field verification, inspections, audits, support services and field intelligence.
We are looking for an ambitious and growth-oriented individual who wants to be part of building and growing a business rather than simply performing a routine job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Support proposal preparation and client presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to support business growth
- Assist in developing new business initiatives and partnerships
Who We Are Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable using computers, internet tools and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
