- 2–3 years of experience in construction safety .
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local safety laws and company safety policies (e.g., Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards or regional equivalents).
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Develop and implement safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
- Stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
