Role Summary
We’re hiring an Architect to work as a Home Design Advisor. You will consult homeowners, clarify requirements, provide design direction, help evaluate quotations/scopes, and coordinate next steps with professionals to ensure smooth progress.
✅ This is not a full-time drafting or on-site execution role.
✅ You will still contribute creatively through design recommendations, concept direction, and moodboards.

- Handle 50–60 active homeowner cases/month (vs 2–3 projects/month in most firms)
- Exposure to varied budgets, styles, and project types across markets
- Build strong client consulting + design communication skills (great foundation for future leadership/entrepreneurship)
Key Responsibilities
Homeowner Consultation & Requirement Clarity
- Conduct online consultations to understand lifestyle needs, layout expectations, style preferences, budget, and timelines
- Convert requirements into a clear brief and next-step plan
Design Recommendations & Concept Direction
- Provide design guidance based on homeowner taste and constraints
- Create/curate moodboards (style, color palette, materials, finishes, inspiration references)
- Recommend themes, spatial planning suggestions, and practical design options (functionality + aesthetics)
- Help homeowners align on a design direction before they engage professionals deeply
Quotation & Scope Support
- Help homeowners compare quotations: scope clarity, missing items, specification gaps, and expectation mismatch
- Guide homeowners on what to ask/verify with architects/contractors/interior designers
Professional Matchmaking & Coordination
- Match homeowners with suitable architects/interior designers/contractors based on brief, style, and budget fit
- Coordinate intro calls, meetings, and site visits to drive progress
Case Ownership & Customer Experience
- Ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and progress tracking across all active cases
- Maintain simple case notes/reports to improve service quality and learning
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (preferred/required)
- 4+ years experience in residential construction/interiors ecosystem
- Good eye for design + ability to recommend styles, finishes, and themes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of residential workflow: planning → design → quotation → execution
- Comfortable handling multiple clients/cases in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
