Export Documentation
We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle export documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance activities for our chemical manufacturing business. The candidate should have good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, DG/non-DG chemical shipments, customs, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents for smooth export shipments.
- Handle documentation for chemical and hazardous/DG shipments as applicable.
- Prepare and verify SDS/MSDS, COA, DG Declaration, Dangerous Goods documents, and other product-related documents.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, finance, and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Ensure accuracy of HS Codes, product descriptions, quantities, values, country of origin, and shipping details.
- Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with banks for export-related documents and LC/DP/DA documentation, wherever applicable.
- Follow up on shipping bills, export clearance, BL/AWB, and shipment status.
- Assist in documentation related to GST, LUT, IGST, e-BRC, and other export compliance requirements.
- Maintain records of export orders, shipments, invoices, and documentation.
- Track shipment schedules and ensure documents are submitted within required timelines.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies with customers, freight forwarders, CHA, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs, DG shipping, and international export regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & International Shipping.
- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing / Chemical Export industry preferred.
- Knowledge of DG Cargo / Hazardous Chemical documentation will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of HS Codes, Incoterms, Shipping Bills, BL/AWB, COO, and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Knowledge of GST, LUT, IGST and export-related compliance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
