Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers during the onboarding process of the software application.
- Guide customers through the installation and setup of the software, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to software functionality and usage.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to familiarize them with the application features.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address any software-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in creating user guides and documentation to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on product features and enhancements to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Passed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of software applications and technology.
Pay: ₹10,258.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
