We are looking for a Floor Coordinator to join our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient movement and assistance within the facility
- Handle patient inquiries and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Coordinate with ambulance drivers for patient pick-up and drop-off
- Maintain communication between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and ambulance services
- Monitor patient schedules and appointments
- Ensure timely transportation and proper patient handling
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, healthcare, or patient care environment preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
