Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales Team to coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Share Quotation/Proposals with Clients
- Follow up with customers for order approval
- Maintain Sales Records, Customer Data and Enquiry Trackers
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Installation Teams for Order Execution as required.
- Track order status from Back End Team and ensure timely updates to Clients and Sales Team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, whatsapp and other client communications professionally.
- Assist in making Sales Reports
- Support Sales Team during Exhibitions, Site Visits and client meetings when required.
Required Skills:
- Graduate
- 1-2 Years of Sales Coordination or Support Role
- Good communication Skills in ENGLISH, HINDI and BENGALI.
- Strong Follow Up and Coordination Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Basic CRM Systems.
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Experience in construction industry is a plus.
