Job Title: Floor Manager (South Indian)
Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management. The role involves supervising team members, maintaining operational standards, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across the floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Support sales and business objectives by driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in floor management, operations, retail, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
