1. Government and Institutional coordination
Drive operational coordination with Ministries, State Departments and allied institutions for effective rollout of capacity building and skilling programs. Build and manage working relationships, facilitate coordination, approvals, MoUs, and review mechanisms to ensure smooth program execution.
2. Large-scale skill program operations
Oversee end-to-end operational execution of multi-crore Government-funded skilling programs, adherence to sanctioned objectives, timelines, and performance milestones. Ensure timely implementation of skilling projects i.e. from beneficiary onboarding, training center accreditation, assessment scheduling, certification processes, and till placement tracking. Timely approvals, reviews, and compliance submissions for seamless execution of large-scale skill programs.
3. Grant utilization and compliance oversight
Ensure compliance and grant utilization with Grant-in-Aid guidelines, PFMS & GFR norms, and reporting frameworks. Monitor fund utilization, documentation, audit readiness, timely submission of utilization certificates and progress reports.
4. Governance, monitoring and review mechanisms
Establish structured governance frameworks, periodic review meetings, risk tracking systems, and escalation protocols to ensure program efficiency and accountability.
5. Cross-functional coordination
Coordinate with internal technology, finance, and operations teams, as well as industry and implementation partners, to drive seamless execution and milestone achievement.
6. Monitoring, Impact and Expansion
Establish KPI-driven monitoring frameworks, dashboards aligned with project delivery expectations, timely reporting of outcomes, and impact metrics. Leverage performance insights to identify gaps and scale-up opportunities.
