Job Description:
Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom. Understand their basic requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales staff. Manage customer entry, assist with seating and refreshments, and ensure a pleasant showroom experience. Maintain professional grooming and courteous communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet all customers.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate salesperson.
- Manage customer waiting and seating arrangements.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort.
- Maintain a positive and professional showroom environment.
- Support the sales team in providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain professional grooming and etiquette.
- Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
