We are hiring a smart and responsible Front Office Staff cum Telecaller for our service centre.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage customer calls
- Register and report customer complaints
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates
- Handle front office operations and customer enquiries
- Maintain office records and daily reports
- Coordinate with service staff and customers
- Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (+2)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
