Role overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and HR trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation.
- Post job openings and support employee engagement activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, organizational, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Mode: On-site
- Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
