Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Logistics & Administration to support logistics operations, statutory documentation, dispatch coordination, and office administration. This role is ideal for a fresher or an early-career professional seeking to build a career in logistics, supply chain operations, and administrative management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics execution, maintaining regulatory documentation, coordinating with vendors and transporters, and supporting daily administrative and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transporters, warehouses, and courier partners.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Generate and maintain statutory logistics documents, including E-Way Bills, tax invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
- Track shipment movement and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure efficient transportation and delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and logistics-related queries.
- Maintain inventory movement records and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Support logistics cost monitoring and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory transportation regulations.
Administration & Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, and stationery requirements.
- Maintain office asset registers and administrative records.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement of office supplies.
- Handle courier dispatches, document management, and filing systems.
- Coordinate employee and visitor travel arrangements whenever required.
- Support onboarding documentation and general HR administrative activities.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and facility compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in BA, BBA, B.Com, or B.Sc.
- 0–1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatch, or Office Administration.
- Freshers with strong MS Excel and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of logistics documentation and statutory compliance.
