We are seeking a results-driven and empathetic Patient Relationship Executive to spearhead our inbound and outbound patient recruitment efforts. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective patients who have shown interest in fertility treatments. Your primary objective is to manage high-volume outbound calling campaigns, nurture cold or hesitant leads, handle incoming inquiries, and systematically convert databases into confirmed clinic appointments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion
Database Calling: Execute daily outbound calling campaigns targeting digital marketing leads, website inquiries, and historical drop-out databases.
Proactive Nurturing: Follow up with couples who previously inquired about IVF, IUI, or diagnostic tests, addressing their doubts and guiding them back into the consultation pipeline.
Camp & Seminar Outreach: Proactively call prospective patients to invite them to upcoming fertility awareness camps, free consultation days, or diagnostic discount events.
2. Inbound Handling & Preliminary Counseling
Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads regarding treatment protocols and pricing.
Basic Medical Explanation: Patiently explain the basic treatment journeys (like IVF timelines, Level 2 centre facilities) to build trust and authority before scheduling the doctor’s visit.
3. CRM Management & Data Hygiene
Pipeline Tracking: Log the exact disposition of every single outbound call (e.g., Interested, Ringing, Call Back, Not Feasible) into the healthcare CRM.
Appointment Management: Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments directly in coordination with the clinic's front-desk and medical staff.
Strict Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion regarding patient data, medical histories, and personal details.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of outbound dials and total talk-time achieved per day.
Lead-to-Appointment conversion rate.
Walk-in turnaround rate (ensuring patients who booked an appointment actually visit the clinic).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Outbound Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or BPO Lead Generation. High preference will be given to candidates with an outbound calling background in hospitals, IVF networks, health-tech startups, or pharmaceutical domains.
Sales Mindset: Persuasive, target-driven, and highly resilient in handling call rejections, while maintaining a polite, reassuring tone.
Communication: Flawless verbal communication in [Insert Language, e.g., Hindi/English] with strong telephone etiquettes.
CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience working with outbound CRM dialing systems, lead tracking software (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho CRM), and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
