- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- MBA in Human Resource Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience or HR Generalist role.
- Experience in housekeeping, facility management, healthcare, hospitality, home careor property management is highly preferred.
- Experience in recruiting and managing field staff is an added advantage.
- Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Knowledge of HRMS software and Microsoft Office
