HR Recruiter – Research Ayu
Research Ayu is looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter to source and hire candidates for our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Make 80–90 calls per day to potential candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
- Basic computer/Excel skills.
- Target-oriented and organized.
