- Assist senior chefs in preparing South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and curries.
- Perform basic food preparation including cutting vegetables, grinding batter, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain proper mise en place before kitchen operations and service hours.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen materials properly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in minimizing food wastage and maintaining stock properly.
- Help in smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any issues immediately.
