About the Role
VisibleX is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who is passionate about delivering measurable growth through paid digital campaigns. You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from planning and execution to optimization and reporting—across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals. Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
- Create performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations. Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and event tracking.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to enhance campaign planning, audience research, creative ideation, reporting, and optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance reporting.
- Good understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify winning ad concepts and performance opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
Mandatory Requirement
- Applicants must submit a case study, campaign performance report, or documented proof of campaign results showcasing their work and measurable outcomes.

- Shortlisted candidates will be asked to discuss their submitted case study, including the strategy, execution, optimizations, and results achieved.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
