We are looking for energetic, confident, and communication-oriented business executives to support the growth and expansion of preventive healthcare initiatives across Pune.
The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with corporates, colleges, residential societies, NGOs, institutions, and other organisations, generating business opportunities, coordinating health awareness programmes and health camps, conducting presentations and meetings; and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective partners.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in business development, marketing, public relations, institutional sales, and healthcare, and who are comfortable with field visits and external interactions.
Identify and develop business opportunities with corporates, colleges, societies, NGOs, institutions, and community organisations.
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for programmes and collaborations.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with prospective institutional partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with potential clients and partners.
Coordinate health awareness programmes, preventive health camps, and institutional activities.
Follow up systematically with prospective partners and convert opportunities into successful collaborations.
Conduct regular field visits and represent professionally during external meetings and events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of healthcare programmes and activities.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Support the organisation's overall business development, outreach, and expansion initiatives
Bachelor's or master's degree in BBA, BMS, MBA, PGDM, business management, marketing, or any equivalent field.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confident and presentable personality with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
Strong interest in business development, marketing, public relations, sales, and healthcare.
Comfortable with field visits, institutional meetings, presentations, and external interactions.
Good follow-up, networking, and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Candidates must be available for full-time employment and should not be simultaneously engaged in another full-time job.
