Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Honda two-wheelers, generating leads, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Honda two-wheelers.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and exchange offers.
- Conduct test rides and vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure timely delivery and complete all required sales documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
- Previous experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation ability.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
