Key responsibilities:
1. Assemble and decorate cakes using various icing mediums, including whipped cream, buttercream, ganache, and fondant
2. Shape and mold fondant to achieve desired textures and intricate designs
3. Ensure proper finishing techniques for professional presentation
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation while following food safety standards
5. Stay updated on new cake decorating trends and techniques
6. Work efficiently with the team to meet order deadlines and customer expectations
