Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior spaces. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare design concepts, and coordinate with vendors and site teams to execute projects smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts accordingly.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, and working drawings.
- Create 3D views and presentations for client approvals.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Good understanding of space planning and lighting design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
