Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences with personalized and attentive service.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality in-villa dining, and bar.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Promote local Goan cuisine and unique culinary experiences.
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, housekeeping, stores, and front office.
- Monitor service quality and maintain brand standards.
Team Leadership
- Training, mentoring, and evaluating F&B associates
- Conduct regular training on:
- Service standards
- Food & beverage knowledge
- Upselling techniques
- Hygiene and sanitation
- Guest engagement
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Financial Management
- Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, food cost, beverage cost, and labour cost.
- Control wastage and improve profitability through effective inventory management.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Inventory & Procurement
- Oversee purchasing of food, beverages, crockery, cutlery, linen, and operating supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and stock control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize losses.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- FSSAI regulations
- HACCP standards
- Health and safety policies
- Fire safety procedures
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas.
Sustainability
- Reduce food waste through proper planning and inventory control.
- Support eco-friendly dining initiatives consistent with CGH Earth's philosophy.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
