Job Overview
USL Design House is looking for a detail-oriented Cost Engineer who has strong experience in project billing, BOQ preparation, invoice generation, and bill verification. The candidate should be capable of managing project cost documentation and coordinating with site teams to ensure accurate billing and financial tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
- Create and manage client and contractor invoices.
- Perform bill verification for vendors and contractors.
- Maintain and update M.B (Measurement Book) records.
- Monitor project costs and quantities to ensure budget control.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for measurement and billing data.
- Review rate analysis and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare running bills, final bills, and payment summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation and cost reports for each project.
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project scope.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and cost estimation.
- Experience in M.B entries and measurement verification.
- Understanding of construction drawings and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in construction, interior, or architectural projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
