Location- Near Hopes, Coimbatore
The Finance Audit Analyst will be responsible for conducting daily internal audits, analyzing the company’s overall accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. The role involves handling costing, budgeting, and financial reporting processes while ensuring adherence to internal control systems and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily internal audits of financial transactions, vouchers, and accounting entries.
- Perform overall accounts analysis, ensuring accuracy across payables, receivables, payroll, and expense heads.
- Evaluate and verify costing and budgeting processes, identifying deviations and suggesting corrective measures.
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review and monitor internal control systems and recommend improvements to strengthen financial discipline.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in cost control, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and tax audits by providing required reports and reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, financial reviews, and management presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA (Inter), CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, accounts analysis, costing, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and auditing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
