Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, punctual, and multi-talented phlebotomist & healthcare operations coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role designed for a professional who excels not only in flawless clinical sample collection but also in managing patient relations, front-desk reception, basic accounting, and hospital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Sample Collection: Perform accurate, safe, and hygienic blood/sample collections. This includes routine home visits as well as managing urgent/emergency home visit requests efficiently.
- Reception & Patient Relations: Greet patients, manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and provide top-tier customer service.
- Data & Account Management: Maintain accurate hospital data records and manage daily basic accounts/billing.
- Hospital-to-Hospital Marketing: Visit partner labs and hospitals to build relationships and expand our network (allocated for 2 days a week, strictly within standard working hours).
- Leave Management: Coordinate and manage a suitable, qualified replacement/backup phlebotomist to cover your duties during your weekly scheduled holiday to ensure seamless hospital operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Must hold a proper, recognized degree/diploma in medical laboratory technology (DMLT).
- Clinical Expertise: Flawless knowledge of venipuncture, sample handling, and safety protocols under tight timelines.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory for effective patient and partner communication.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional talking/communication skills, customer empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Technical Savvy: Good tech knowledge to handle hospital management software, digital records, and basic computer applications.
- Core Attributes: Strict punctuality is non-negotiable. Highly responsible individual capable of managing emergencies and administrative handovers.
