Position: Housekeeping Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Room Servicing: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and scrubbing bathroom fixtures.
- Linen & Amenities: Changing bed sheets, fluffing pillows, replacing used towels, and restocking toiletries.
- Supply Management: Stocking and organizing the housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Guest Assistance: Greeting guests warmly, respecting privacy, and addressing concerns or retrieving loan items
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management
