Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Nutraceutical Division sales . The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributors and field teams, driving revenue growth, and strengthening market presence for nutraceutical products.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical, wellness, or nutraceutical sales with excellent leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
* Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and channel partner network.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team performance.
* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
* Build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and wellness partners.
* Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and market performance.
* Conduct regular sales reviews, reporting, and forecasting.
* Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Maintain strong customer engagement and after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* MBA preferred.
* 5–10 years of experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical sales.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical market and distribution channels.
* Proven track record in sales growth and team handling.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
