Job Description
The candidates shall be responsible for the overall development, growth, planning, organizing, profitability, and coordinating the daily professional operations of the Centre as given below:-
- Business Development / Sales: Planning and execution of of business development activities viz College / internal seminars/webinars, auto / bus branding, kiosk activity, job fair etc
- Telesales: Supporting the telesales department in getting admissions, conducting 2nd level calls, attending to walk ins, referrals
- Admissions: Overseeing all admissions, onboarding process of students, student documentation.
- Academics: Allocating batches, allocating trainers, Ensuring smooth execution of lesson plan, conducting of exams, issue of books / learning material / LMS, issue of certificates
- Student Welfare : Resolving student issues, ensuring high student retention
- ERP: Updating of all activities in Transorze ERP
- Administration: Upkeep and maintenance of facility, equipment, and infrastructure.
- HR: Supporting in recruitment, employee retention, mentoring of staff, identifying deficiencies and rectification of the same
- Finance: Follow up for pending fees. Coordination for student loans
- Placements: Arranging soft skills training for students, coordinating for recruitment drives.
3 to 5 years of experience as a centre manager of an educational institution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
