Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Executive with experience in Digital Marketing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client consultations, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and client calls professionally.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Promote Digital Marketing services including:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SMM (Social Media Marketing)
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
- Content Marketing & Content Writing
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing services.
- Experience conducting client demos and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Confident and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of lead generation and lead conversion.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Exposure to SaaS product sales and digital service consulting.
- Knowledge of sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
