Position: Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
* Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and site visits.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
* Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
* Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and support team goals.
* Maintain updated knowledge of projects, pricing, and competition.
* Assist clients with documentation and booking procedures.
Requirements
* 0 months to 2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
* Local market knowledge of any city is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
