Role Overview
The Foundation Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the Foundation's educational and community programs. The role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate field activities, support partnerships, and ensure smooth execution of programs while maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination and Implementation
- Coordinate the execution of education, mentorship, exposure visit, and community engagement programs.
- Support planning and scheduling of program activities across schools, colleges, and communities.
- Ensure timely delivery of program objectives and milestones.
- Track program progress and maintain activity records.
Stakeholder and Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community partners, volunteers, and mentors.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between beneficiaries, partners, and the Foundation team.
- Support outreach initiatives and partnership development efforts.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
- Collect and maintain program data and beneficiary information.
- Track key performance indicators and program outcomes.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and impact summaries.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Operations and Administration
- Assist in day-to-day operational coordination.
- Maintain program documentation, records, and databases.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, training sessions, and field visits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Volunteer and Mentor Engagement
- Coordinate volunteer and mentor onboarding and engagement activities.
- Support communication and scheduling with volunteers and mentors.
- Track participation and engagement levels.
Fundraising and Communication Support
- Assist in donor communication and reporting activities.
- Support fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and communication materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in NGO, nonprofit, education, community development, CSR, or social impact organizations.
- Experience in program coordination, stakeholder management, or community engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Work Structure and Expectations
- Full-time work-from-office role based in Hyderabad.
- Six-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
- Regular field visits and stakeholder interactions required.
- Ability to work in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Travel may be required based on program needs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
