About the Role
Zyven Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and supporting hiring needs across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in IT staffing, software services, or technology hiring preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
