Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction/project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating workers, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks or issues.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Manage labor allocation, attendance, and productivity on-site.
Verify quality of workmanship and materials used.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Resolve on-site problems and communicate updates to management.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Monitor material deliveries and inventory levels.
Support project completion within budget and timeline requirements.
Requirements
High school diploma, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools is an advantage.
