Job Summary
The Webinar Associate will be responsible for coordinating and executing virtual webinars and online events from planning through post-event reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute webinars and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, GoTo Webinar, Webex, or Microsoft Teams.
* Manage the webinar calendar by scheduling events and sending invitations, reminders, and calendar updates.
* Create and maintain event registration pages, confirmation emails, and post-event communications.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Medical, and other internal teams to align webinar objectives, messaging, and speaker schedules.
* Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and smooth event execution.
* Conduct technical checks with presenters before each webinar and provide technical support during live sessions.
* Monitor live webinars to ensure smooth operation and promptly troubleshoot audio, video, or connectivity issues.
* Track and analyze webinar performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.
* Maintain accurate attendee records and update CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Prepare post-webinar reports and coordinate follow-up communications, including on-demand webinar publishing and feedback collection.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve webinar processes and enhance the overall attendee experience.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple webinars and projects simultaneously.
* Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or GoTo Webinar.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Experience in webinar coordination, virtual event management, operations, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital health industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
