Sales Manager – Home Loan & LAP
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, managing channel partners, builder tie-ups, lead conversion, and end-to-end case handling. Should have skills in closing secured loan business while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, or Mortgage sales.
- Prior experience in DSA/channel sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of loan documentation, customer profiling, and basic credit process.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
