Consultant (Application Development & Project Coordination)
Experience
Minimum 6+ Years
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science / IT) / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- MBA / PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master Certification (Preferred).
Role Summary
The Consultant will act as the primary liaison between NIC stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of application development and maintenance activities. The role involves project governance, requirement management, quality assurance, documentation, user coordination, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with NIC officials, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely completion of all project activities.
Requirement Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with development, testing, and deployment teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues.
- Ensure seamless communication among all stakeholders.
Documentation
- Prepare project plans, MOMs, progress reports, user manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Government standards and project guidelines.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor issue resolution and quality checkpoints.
- Support adherence to security and quality practices.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Conduct user training sessions and demonstrations.
- Prepare training materials and operational documentation.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.
Reporting
- Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Present project status, risks, mitigation plans, and achievements to NIC management.
- Maintain dashboards for project monitoring.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
