Hiring – Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and smart Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team for prestigious PSU and government-related projects in Hyderabad.
Position: Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Location: Hyderabad
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of works while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes complete ownership of site responsibilities
- Is technically sound, practical, and solution-oriented
- Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Is disciplined, committed, and proactive in execution
- Has strong coordination and team management skills
- Understands the standards and professionalism required for PSU/government projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and execution of civil construction works
- Daily planning, monitoring, and site coordination
- Managing contractors, labour teams, and vendors
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications
- Material planning, billing coordination, and reporting
- Maintaining project timelines and resolving site issues effectively
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in PSU, government, institutional, infrastructure, or large commercial projects will be preferred.
