Institutionalize ClearView solutioning and architecture patterns so that complex, abstract customer conversations convert into executable, delivery-ready solution blueprints — without overloading CTO or AI Delivery leadership.

This role ensures delivery is protected, architecture is standardized, and solutioning becomes repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Presales Technical Backbone
- Lead technical solution shaping for ClearView-driven deals
- Convert abstract customer ambitions into structured, delivery-aligned solution designs
- Define architecture, scope boundaries, phased roadmap
- Reduce routine presales dependency on CTO and AI Delivery Head
This protects bandwidth.
2️⃣ Delivery-Ready Architecture Definition
- Translate solution concepts into clear, executable architecture blueprints
- Ensure alignment with existing delivery capabilities
- Define data, AI, integration, and governance approach
- Prevent overcommitment or innovation theatre
This protects margins and credibility.
3️⃣ Platform Pattern Standardization
- Identify reusable patterns emerging from deals
- Convert them into standard modules under ClearView
- Define reference architectures for common use cases
- Maintain internal solution playbooks
This drives scalability.
4️⃣ Architecture Governance Support
- Participate in architecture review forums under CDO
- Align with CTO on complex escalations
- Ensure delivery teams adhere to defined standards
- Help institutionalize architectural decision frameworks
This strengthens delivery discipline.
