- Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
- Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and electricity usage
- Explain solar products, system benefits, ROI, and government subsidies
- Conduct basic site assessments and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare and present solar proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
- Recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer needs and budget
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for project execution
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and reports
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals professionally
- Attend marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, products, and policies
- Educate customers about net metering and energy savings
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
