Crunnchy Foods is a rapidly growing FMCG company dedicated to delivering quality food products to customers across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Boys to expand our retail network and strengthen our market presence in Trichy and the surrounding areas.
Job Summary
The Sales Boy will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, promoting company products, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG field sales and be familiar with the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail shops and supermarkets daily.
- Promote and sell Crunnchy Foods products to retailers.
- Generate daily sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at retail outlets.
- Identify new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, where required.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Officer.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Experience in the same sales line is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Trichy and surrounding market areas.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
