Position Overview
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across manufacturing processes, specifically in cleanroom partition panel and fire door production.
⚠Mandatory requirement: Hands-on experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. Candidates without sheet metal experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory)
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or related field (preferred)
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing (cleanroom panels / fire doors preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, SQC)
- Knowledge of ISO standards, UL requirements, and fire safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
