Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in manual testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and system testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Perform re-testing and ensure bug fixes are properly validated
- Maintain test documentation and reports
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning (Agile environment)
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in writing and executing test cases
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira / Bugzilla
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
